I reckon they will play him on the right wing even though for colombia he usally plays more as a right midfield than a right winger but i am really looking foward to seeing him play. Him and hazard on the wings will be a deadly duo. also for that money it was a steal.

Either right midfield or right wing but he can play in the middle as well so who knows up to mourinho. very versatile player can play anywhere, good business by chelsea.

West Ham fined 70 odd K but no sanctions against them

You may have read this. I don't remember any manager being slated this much (apart from BFS of course).

I wonder that Bristol City will do now. I'm sure they will look for compensation at the very least.

West Ham fan and talkshite pundit Ian Abrahams asking why the same punishment wasn't dished out to Leicester as apparently they were guilty of something similar.

The other issue is that this injury was excacrbated by treatment that Sakho recieved whilst he was playing for Senegal, I am sure West Ham probably hinted at suing oover this too. Bristol City are just after an opportunistic payout and theyy may get a small one not like the outrageous and disgarcefull opportunistic one those cunts at Sheffield United extracted from us when they weren't good enough to stay up in the Premiership
North London derby tomorrow and it will be the first time I haven't been in nearly a decade. As much as I'd like Spurs to thrash Arsenal tomorrow the realist in me can at most expect a draw. Same goes for Liverpool away next week. Anything more than that and I'll be a very happy man indeed.

I think you should stay away from these matches for the foreseeable.

If I were cruel I'd say feck off back to North London. I take it you are from there Mr.Lush?

PS Use of the word 'feck' is a very Irish thing. Are you from Kilburn?

You really are a bunch of wankers

You Jonny come lately Arse fans (this is not necessarily aimed at the good denizens of ED).

Oh yah, we are really should get rid of Wenger, he has only given us top 4 football for half a generation and presided over a financially lucrative team, without dodgy money from the gulf or Russia.

Fack me, I could only dream of this. You make even the Jonny come lately Chelski fans look good.

Posh people, where were you when Arse were medioccre for long patches of the 70s, 80s and 90s

Posted in response to a posh git calling 606 earlier. Did you even go to the match? Not in response to any postings here.

Fack off back to rugby or rollerball or wherever

Give us back our game.

PS I'll be down in the park coaching kids football tomorrow.

Team for sure. Ironically it was United's defence which hit the headlines earlier in the season. In spite of all the changes I think they have conceded the 3rd least number of goals in the league. Their problem is in the final third of the pitch and I wonder if LVG has the balls to drop RVP or Falcao and return to wingers. I can't pretend to know enough but it seems to me it just doesn't work as it is.

    • Callout for help from any local experts here. Looking to find out more about the history of the property on the corner of Whateley Road and Ulverscroft road (with the green glazed bricks). Now a residential property, i'm told it was a bottle shop in days gone (the house was built around 1900) by and i'd like to learn more about the history of the business that was once here - name, photos, anything at all really! Seems to be very little from open source research so i'm hoping anyone with history in the area can provide any insight!  Starting here before i contact Southwark Archives or similar orgs to get any information and pictures (any advice here also would be welcome). Thank you
    • Portable ramps are available for businesses to use in this sort of situation, aren't they? I don't know whether one would be suitable for use here, or whether they have the space to store one. Lots of people have  permanent or temporary disabilities which mean they have to use crutches or a wheelchair.
    • I can’t remember where I read that figure but this article in the Grauniad from 2023 discusses Ocado results from 2022. The average shopping cart fell to £118 from £129 the previous year. But Ocado lost £500m that year on approximately 20 million orders (circa 400k orders per week). So, averaging out to £25 lost per order. Ocado pauses building new warehouses as annual losses balloon to £500m | Ocado | The Guardian  Obviously, the £500m loss includes various factors. But Ocado has existed for 25 years and only made a small profit in a couple of those years. The rest have been huge losses. Yet it continues to raise funds and speculation sends the share price up and down. In that respect,  it’s like the UK version of Tesla. Meanwhile, the main growth in the supermarket sector has been for Aldi and Lidl, who do not deliver.
