Plug socket installation

Hi all

I need a plug socket moved roughly 30cm as a fitted wardrobe is going in that area. 
 

is anyone able to recommend a competent tradesmen that can do it at a reasonable price? I usually have bad luck paying more and end up with a shoddy job.
