🚶🏾‍♂️‍Don't miss the next MenWalkTalk walk in HOP!

My lovely husband Richard leads Honor Oak Park's MenWalkTalk group on the first Saturday morning of every month...

MenWalkTalk is a mental health charity, hosting volunteer-led walking groups around the UK. The idea is men can join a walk and have a chance to talk to others, or just benefit from a bit of exercise and fresh air.

The next walk will start at Miss Margherita at 10am on Sat 2 November, and will include the local three peaks - One Tree Hill, Blythe Hill and Hilly Fields. It usually takes about an hour.

It’s completely free, open to all fitness levels, and sign-up details are in the link - or it's fine to just turn up on the day.
