Cleaner required for airbnb turnarounds

Hi there, 

We are looking for a cleaner to help with our airbnb turnarounds. 

We have guests checking in and out throughout the week, so there would need to be flexibility on the days you could work. Check out is 10am and the next check in is 3pm. The cleaning and turnaround would need to take place within these hours. 

The house is over 4 floors. It is 3 bedroom and three bathrooms. Our previous cleaner took 4 hours to do a full clean. So we anticipate it would be something similar. 

Laundry (towels and sheets) need to be laundered and ironed after each turnaround. This is something that could be taken away with you and we would pay you to do this in your own time if this worked out. Alternatively I could do the laundry. 

If you can please get back to me with your hourly rate and references that would be great.
