In January, I'll be completing on a house purchase on the SE22/SE23 border. The survey has highlighted that repairs to the roof are necessary. Dormer felt roofs need replacing, flashings need repairing/replacing (with soakers added), chimney pots need capping, parapet walls and chimney stacks need repointing/rendering, moss/lichen needs removing, rainwater good need repairing/replacing, a new breathable sarking membrane needs fitting with remnants of foam insulation being removed. If the attached images aren't enough to provide a quote, then a site visit can be arranged. Work can be scheduled at a mutually agreeable date post-completion.
