Humming noise Camberwell Grove / DKH area

There is an intermittent deep sound hum noise (last a few seconds) every 10 minutes or so, in the Camberwell Grove / Grove Hill / DKH area.  Audible at night.

Does anyone know where it is coming from, or what’s causing it? Thought it might be rail works but its regularity seems unlikely.

Now you mention it, I have...but up near the Horniman Museum. I chalked it up to a neighbour doing something crazy.

Is it a very Clean sound like a Hone (ie. not like a drill or a squirrel) and most importantly "always always always" exactly the same sound, and not a Hoooo but a HewwWWWwne (it's keeping me awake), and it's random

It could be this if other people aren’t hearing it. I heard it for a while and it was keeping me awake. Other people couldn’t hear it. I thought I was going mad. It has gone now - very weird.
