verds
I know this isn't strictly family-related, but has anyone used a good mortgage broker who can help self employed people? I had a baby last year, so I'm basing it on my lowest ever accounts - I need someone who knows all the deals. bluesuperted
We use Mark Cornelius at MDL and he has been fantastic. His number is 07887 558901. Super responsive and knows the market really well. He can also do trickier cases as I'm self employed but low earnings and my husband is a teacher. They do take into account your previous three years though so as long as you mention maternity it should be all right. ClareC
Simon Hughes at Conran Estates in Greenwich is excellent! Has always given me spot on advice and sorted the best deal :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35447-mortgage-broker-advice-for-self-employed-mum/#findComment-671431 Share on other sites

kittenheels
I've recommended him on here loads of times - Lee Francis from Francis Stone is great. I'm self-employed too and he really helped us. He lives in East Dulwich too. He's on [email protected] or 020 7654 7971. Good luck!
