Free IKEA single bed frame (dismantled) https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/neiden-bed-frame-pine-luroey-s99248605/ and single mattress. Bed frame about 3 years old. Mattress approx 15 yrs old but used by one child and in reasonable condition. Has had a mattress topper/protector on while in use.

  Another recommendation for James - he helped us move house at short notice. He has a very big Luton van and he kindly helped us load and unload the van and was lovely to chat to for the hour long journey.

  We used Joseph to move house and he was very communicative, punctual and was lovely to chat to during the journey! He was very patient when we arrived and the previous occupiers were still moving out, which was hugely appreciated! Would highly recommend.
