Nightmares

Hi, does anyone have any experience of this?

My 5 year old daughter has just started having nightmares - around the same time everynight. It's been going on a month now. She wakes up absolutely screaming the place down and trying to get out of her bed - i run in and often catch her as she falls out . As soon as I cuddle her and she wakes up she is fine - which happens immediately so it's not massively traumatic but just very puzzling.

Is this a developmental thing?
