We're thrilled to offer a variety of sessions designed to help you achieve your health goals, boost your energy, and enhance your overall wellbeing.

To celebrate the launch, we're hosting a special week of taster sessions at a discounted rate. It's the perfect opportunity to try something new, meet our friendly instructors, and experience the benefits of our classes first hand. Bring a friend along and make it a fun, motivating experience together.

Where: Alleyn's School

When: taster sessions will be launching on Saturday 25th January. Full timetable can be found on our website.

Cost: £3.50 per class

  F Fox Angels Foundation will send a local person out if you message them on Facebook. They respond very quickly. They have come out at at least twice to help in Ulverscroft Road, once to take a very ill fox in my garden to the vet, and once to safely remove a fox from a neighbour's house. Obviously they need to know the fox's current location!
