Double gas lift ottoman bed with led lights in headboard and usb port

My mum ordered a king size and company sent double they arranged for collection but haven’t collected and company hasn’t responded since she’s got the size she needed else where there’s slight damage on left hand corner of bed but doesn’t affect you putting it up. She needs the bed gone asap as she’s partially sighted and need her space back. £250 you’ll need a large car or van she won’t be able to help . Thank you
