Dynamic yoga is a strong practice, aimed to improve strength, flexibility and to give peace of mind.

Astanga yoga is a set sequence, with strong postures held for 5 breaths, once mastered, becomes a form of meditation(you delve deeper into the practice and yourself)

Classes are held in a small room filled with candles and incense, to help relax and create an atmosphere.

Students are asked to text to confirm a place on the day, as places are limited to 5.

All classes are held in Overhill Road, until Summer when they are held in Dulwich Park

Mats are available. Each session ?12

A block booking of 10 classes ?100

Private sessions ?35( can visit your home if within Dulwich location)

Back to the usual routine.

As these classes have been running for 4 years now, students realise that the classes

are not purely ashtanga based, postures come from different practices, made into a sequence

according to strength and flexibility of the students that attend each week.

Beginners always welcome
