gmaju
Has anyone submitted this for their child to attend St Anthony's nursery or reception? I have heard in some parishes that children must have attended mass every week for a number of years and signed a register to prove it! We are somewhat regular churchgoers at St Thomas More but haven't gone out of our way to make ourselves known. Pugwash
Our youngest daughter went to St Anthony's many years ago. My husband is catholic, and was a regular attendee at St, Thomas More, so she met the criteria. I cannot think that a child of nursery age would be expected to attend mass on a weekly basis. LondonFermentation
For reception you'll need to be known to the priest at St Thomas More by attending weekly otherwise he won't sign the supplemental form that goes along with your entry to say you attend church regularly, at least that's how it was done when we attended there in 2013. Unsure about the admission process for nursery. Worth bearing in mind the school has a bigger catchment than other local schools as they accept applicants from a few different Catholic schools in the neighbourhood/borough. airellemarie
The School doesn't have any supplementary forms as of admissions from September 2025. So anyone can go now, it's a nice school!
