skilled decorator/plasterer needed

Hello, I have a number of repairs and decorating jobs in my flat, including the photo attached (damp in corner of bedroom). I'm looking for someone reliable and highly recommended, that has a reputation for an immaculate finish! I'd like the work done ASAP because I'm looking to rent my spare room and therefore want the flat to be in tip top condition for photos/viewings.
