The lining of my bedroom curtains has been ruined by my tenants' cats. They are beautiful curtains I had made a few years ago, so I don't want to replace the curtains, but can anyone recommend someone who could make replacement lining?

Hi all, we need a small bathroom refitted for our tenants. Looking for someone/a company who can do the whole thing - take out the old stuff, plaster, tile, fit new stuff. Any recommendations please? I used to use Marcus Wolloch but he now works for Pimlico Plumbers and they're v expensive!

Hello, I have a number of repairs and decorating jobs in my flat, including the photo attached (damp in corner of bedroom). I'm looking for someone reliable and highly recommended, that has a reputation for an immaculate finish! I'd like the work done ASAP because I'm looking to rent my spare room and therefore want the flat to be in tip top condition for photos/viewings. Many thanks Hannah

Hello, my dishwasher hasn't been working for a week or so. The lights come on but nothing happens when i switch it on and close the door. i've checked that the water is switched on and there doesn't seem to be any kinks in the pipes. Can someone pop over and see if they can fix it for me? Thanks, Hannah

Steve has just completed an excellent job in our garden - laying gravel and weed protection in a large area that was thick with weeds as high as the windows! He cleared the area, lay the stones and left the garden immaculate. Very reasonably priced too - I would definitely recommend Steve and the DGS team.

The Northern Clemency by Philip Hensher. Don't be intimidated by the size - it's such an easy read, so descriptive it totally absorbs you. Wonderful - wish I could read it again for the first time!
