draft house -for sale , already ?!

i have just heard the draft house is for sale at ?80 k premium , unbelievable that in about a year its not working

mind you the odd floor level and rent ( rumoured to be ?70k pa ! ) cant help

always seems quite and it aint cheap. Call the HQ if you have a spare 80k and the balls to afford the rent !

Perhaps locals could come together and form a co-operative type of Club under the Friendly Societies Act 1965?

At 80 grand a year [+ rates etc] ? Surely no one would take it on ? keeping in mind that the present owners; I presume are not making a profit. Like the Ivy House ? Should locals [non-profit] try to keep a local amenity pub open for all?
