Pilates 5 Week Course Starts Tuesday!

Recommended Posts

Pilates is for everyone! Regardless of age or gender, you do not need to be fit or flexible to start. My classes are designed to improve how you feel and help you move with confidence and without pain.

You are welcome whether you are an absolute beginner or already have some Pilates experience. Classes are kept small so that you get personalised corrections where needed and are taught by Body Control Pilates teacher Lucy. Mats are provided for you to use.

So, come along this Tuesday or bring a friend, partner or neighbour if you're feeling nervous and join your local Pilates class. The next 5 week course starts on Tuesday 22nd April. To book or if you have any questions, get in touch with Lucy at [email protected]

Not just the uk economy! energy prices a result of the Russian invasion, something Johnson said would never happen and as we seek to remove ourselves from non-renewable and Russian controlled natural resources, we have Tories and reform condemning Labour for pursuing renewables. Something most other sane countries are doing  We must also not forget the mad relative in the attic.  Brexit.  Something which contributed massively both to the black hole and to the foreseeable future lack of growth  (this is something starmer has also bizarrely tied himself to. Presumably in an attempt to placate the media/loons who think it was a good idea but which will fail in both aims)
    • Ah, so unforeseeable events didn't add to the "black hole"  Gotcha
