Herb Walk, Tea Tasting + Creative Writing on Wednesday 14th May

Recommended Posts

Join East Dulwich locals, writer Caroline Druitt and Medical Herbalist Lucy Baker-Jones for a Herb Walk, Tea Tasting + Creative Writing in Ruskin Park.

Lucy will guide us on a short herb walk through the lush gardens of Ruskin Park, introducing the healing plants growing all around us which can be used for herbal teas and at home herbal remedies.

Then we'll settle onto picnic blankets in the grass for a sensory herbal tea tasting, where we'll sip an infusion of a seasonal herb.

Afterward, Caroline will take us through a creative writing session, focusing on the natural world and using our surroundings & the plants & herbs for inspiration.

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and creatively recharged, and allow nature to fill your cup!
