Art/design studio space for rent in Bussey Building

I run a shared artist's studio in Peckham and we have a beautiful workspace coming available from 1st October. 4m x 3m approx, with lovely big windows and wall space. The space is to be shared with 9 other artists and designers, rent is ?120pcm, all in. Very secure space, lovely people to share with. Sorry if that was not clear- the space currently available is 4m x 3m for one person's use- it's a lovely big space. We all have similar sized workspaces. Here is a photo- furniture not included.
