A lovely traditional bicycle for an upright, easy ride! Bought this brand new a year ago for £370 as an incentive to cycle with my son, but ashamed to admit it didn’t happen and the poor bike has been gathering dust, never used 🫣🚲 So decided it’s time to sell it to someone who will give it the life it deserves and take it for a spin!

It has a comfy retro seat, 21 speed shimano gears, alloy frame and comfort grip handle bars. Plus it comes with a brand new, sturdy and beautiful wicker basket and solid bike lock (both new and unused!) as well as a protective cover. Give the tyres a pump and it’s good to go! Selling the bike with basket, lock and cover as a bundle for £250 cash on collection from SE15. DM me if interested. Thanks 😁

    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
    • There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first, as they don't actually mention fresh fruit on their website? But apples aren't that perishable. Drop off seven days a week 9 - 5. Be warned if you are going by car, parking can be very difficult, easiest if there are two of you so one person can take the food in while the other can move the car if necessary.
    • Food banks for sure and what about approaching these schools in area that run summer camps - although having said that with health and safety being so strict might not allow it - crazy really.    Can’t remember name of church but was one in Peckham that from memory did a community meal a couple of times a week. Now they for sure would take them and probably Kingswood House as well.
