Gardener recommendation

We live in West Dulwich & wanted a gardener to help bring our back garden back to life after several years of neglect. We invited several gardeners to have a look at it & to give us prices. Once they had all been round & discussed the work, and had got back to us with prices, we felt that one person stood out head & shoulders above the rest. He wasn't actually the cheapest, but for what he had suggested doing his price seemed the best value. A couple of the others gadeners suggested less work & their quotes were higher. We mainly made our decision to ask him to do the work based on his enthuseasm & great ideas, although he listened very carefully to our thoughts first. He also showed us pictures of other work he had done which looked fantastic.

Unfortunately since then, my wife has suffered unexpected ill health & we've had to cancel having the work done for now, so we didn't actually get to see what he was going to do come to fuition. However I'd still like to recommend that anyone who's looking for a gardener in the East/West Dulwich or Dulwich Village areas gives him the opportunity to discuss their reqirements with thim, & provide a quote. I feel sure you'll be impressed.

His name is Vincent Galea and his business is called Hennessy and Soames. You can contact him through their web site at www.hennessyandsoames.co.uk or on 07776 485063. And if you're looking for someone to start work in early October I happen to know he's got some availability due to our cancelation, although I'm sure he'll get booked up again fairly quickly.

    • Another recommendation for Jon and his team. https://www.jonsmithscleaningservices.co.uk/ Jon came in this afternoon and cleaned all the windows in our house very quickly and effectively. He also does deep cleans of fabrics, so we arranged and he deep cleaned a velvet sofa that needed some care badly and now all the house feels taken care of. Very professional and friendly.
