Hello I live in a tiny studio and sadly some very noisy neighbours moved in and are making my life very difficult. Does anyone have any soundproofing foam panels or similar for sale? Would be a lifesaver. Can pickup from anywhere thank you -

It doesn't deserve the good review, as it is horribly congested - especially after the original main entrance was rented to a coffee shop and blocked off as access for passenger ingress/egress. -
Contributions to pensions up to the annual (and lifetime) allowance are pre-tax. Essentially you’re reducing your tax bill now in return for paying tax later - the assumption being you’ll be lower earning in retirement and therefore be better off overall (plus you benefit from having that extra money in your pension in the meantime).
