Yet another burst main... major leak on Lordship Lane nr junction with Barry Rd

Multiple complaints and reports of the leak but no barrier as of 4.30pm today. Shockingly bad form especially as they had TW engineers on site across the road this morning. Fix one, another bursts. Lots of residents without water in this hot weather, just terrible...

Aah that explains the low water pressure…. No absolutely no information on the Thames Water site. Thank you.

It's a disgrace.  Privatisation of public companies.  Thanks to Thatcher creating a false economy and fake wealth that never really existed.  Now we are all paying the price big time.  Lack of investment and lack of planning etc grrrr

Yes, and now there's a leak further down Barry Road. Two men from Thames came and stood there looking at it and then went away. Over 24 hours later water still pouring out and no sign of any action to repair

Twitter is a good idea... and also WhatsApp and phone. They eventually take notice if they get enough complaints

East Dulwich rd has a major leak also by jags 4different places it’s leaking from been going all day thousands of liters nobody stopping it

Only TW can assess, manage, arrange and oversee the repairs. But it's madness that all that water is going to waste, even more so when bills have increased by 40% and TW themselves are encouraging people to be careful with water usage. Show's in reality how little they really care.
