WANTED: labourer

We are renovating our house and need an extra hand to help my husband to do some works. We are looking for a general labourer to help with jobs including pulling down ceilings, taking plaster off walls, removing cornice, picture rail and skirting as well as stripping paint from window sills and the fascia board (weather dependant). It is not clean work but is done a lot faster with two working at it.


We need someone for Saturday 21 September and would be willing to pay ?8 an hour.

      I do like Chacarero. Lovely people as well as delicious foods (especially the chimichurri).

      Looks like a new empanada place has opened on LL, a (small) chain. Have tried one of their other locations and they were meh Just to say - I hope you keep supporting Chacarero (which is next to EDT on LL)! - Chacarero are already here and their empanadas are genuinely the best I’ve had (in London). - Chacarero are local - family owned and run - they’re genuinely lovely people (link to their Instagram). They seem to work all hours of the day (and I believe have a little one in their family now!) So yeah - I won’t be going to the new place (no disrespect to an expanding chain), but I’ll definitely be ordering more from Chacarero. If you’re also a fan of good empanadas and keeping it local - I hope you do the same!
