Seamstress needed for neckline alteration

Hi, I needed a dress neckline altering from a high round neck to a lower square neckline. It may be a little tricky to do because it's t-shirt material covered by embroidered netting, plus with the shape change. Can anyone recommend someone who can do a good job for me asap? I need the dress for Friday afternoon!
