Though instinctively obviously we should ban all sort of clown related garb for the good of the nation, my liberal sensibilities feel that it's an intrinsic part of the identity of all evil; demons, demon worshippers, succubi etc should be allowed to express that.

I guess so long as clowns remove their red noses in courts, airports etc we should be able to tolerate this sort of behaviour, its good old british fair play innit.
