I have a lovely, light, character-filled, hall floor, 1 bedroom flat on East Dulwich Road, that looks right on to Goose Green. Available for a short let (up to 5 months) from 7 November 2025. I live in New Zealand for some of the year and am planning to be back early April 2026.

It’s fully furnished and equipped, has high ceilings and has the original 'drawing room' folding doors that open the bedroom and living area up to be one large room, with views of Goose Green through the bay at the front and a magnificent copper beech through the double French doors at the back. The French doors open onto a small private veranda and there is a rear private garden accessible via the side alleyway.

The rent is £440 pwk and includes gas, electricity, wifi, water but not council tax. Great for a couple and it’s been popular with grandparents! No pets or smoking please.
