Recommendation: Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

I wanted to add a recommendation for Patrick Myers at DEA Ltd - http://www.dea-ltd.co.uk/html/terms.html

I needed an EPC survey to rent out my flat, and this has to be undertaken by a qualified energy assessor. Found Patrick and his company on the EPC register, contacted him and he was round within 24 hours, with the certificate produced on the spot. He was very thorough, gave good advice on how to improve energy consumption in the home and charged a fair price. Also a very nice bloke. His number is 07931 338854

    • ...and so, 4 years on from the "dramatic planning meeting" that approved the "meganursery", how has it all worked out in reality? The building looks nice from the outside - but I don't know anything more. Did either of the nursery businesses on EDG fail because there was no demand for nursery places in East Dulwich? Did Carmageddon on East Dulwich Grove get worse? Were pre-COVID work patterns abandoned forever (lol)? Were some of the concerns expressed in opposition to the planning application a teensy bit overblown...? https://southwarknews.co.uk/area/southwark/mega-nursery-approved-amid-dramatic-planning-meeting/

    • Reading The words 'Artisan'  and 'Curated' when refering to my 'Breakfast Bundle' frankly make me feel a bit..🤢
    • I would recommend Coopers bakehouse, which offer a similar service to B&C but it’s just focussed on really good bread, decent prices and keeps for ages (also freezes well).  Delivered by bike.
