Builder needed

Hi I have a few jobs that need doing in my flat:

Part of The shower area needs new mastic and a bit of grouting(I think that's the word).

-A few of my cupboard doors need adjusting (I'm rubbish at that)

-I have a long wooden divider thing to go between the tiles of the kitchen and the engineered wood floor. The problem is the gap is too narrow for the piece I bought, so need the engineered wooden floor (quite thick)cut so the piece can fit in?

-I'm soon to receive a new rubber gasket thing to replace my existing freezer gasket that I need to be fitted

- a light bulb transformer need replacing

Can someone recommend a reasonably priced and good builder in the area who can do these things?
