‘We R Blighty’ are asking for donations outside M&S. just be aware they are not a registered charity… can we get them moved on?

There was a previous thread about them about 6 months ago. Since then, they have been found guilty and fined for illegal street trading and collections in June in the City of London.

Yes, I did the post a few months ago - also be aware they're often at the end of London Bridge. If you see anyone donating, you should advise them otherwise.

What is the "sale of articles for private gain" mentioned on here?

Are they selling stuff?

I thought they were "just" collecting illegally in the streets (and apparently, according to that link) pocketing half the proceeds.

And they are often outside Marylebone mainline station in the morning.
