There was a previous thread about them about 6 months ago. Since then, they have been found guilty and fined for illegal street trading and collections in June in the City of London.

What is the "sale of articles for private gain" mentioned on here?

Are they selling stuff?

I thought they were "just" collecting illegally in the streets (and apparently, according to that link) pocketing half the proceeds.
