Looking for child care recommendations in the post natal phase

Hi there.

 

I am expecting my second child around the end of November, likely via planned C-section and will have a three year old already at home. He goes to nursery four days a week Monday to Thursday. My husband only has two weeks of paternity leave and I have never had a C-section so not sure how I will manage the first few weeks/ months of balancing drop off and a new born after surgery. The nursery is around a 30 minute walk, 10 min drive or 20 min bus. It’s an outdoor nursery so lots of layers to get on and off!

 

Im looking for some help with pick up and drop off, but also perhaps some help with the baby in the first few weeks and maybe even on a Friday when I will have both all day. I’m not sure whether this might be a post natal doula or part time nanny? Or even a maternity nurse?
