Honeysett's at Cade Street Nursery - new plant stall for North Cross Road

Hi all

Just wanted to recommend a great new stall on North Cross Road market which has recently opened, selling beautiful and very high quality bedding plants...cyclamen, pansies, violas & other assorted varieties.

They're called Honeysett's at Cade Street Nursery and seem to be doing a roaring trade. Much needed now that 2 garden centres have recently closed locally, and all the produce is from their own Cade Street Nursery.

Would highly recommend making a visit on a Saturday (market day)!

    • Their pizzas are great but probably too much competition from Franco Manca and Yard Sale.  I wonder if they could go down the Flour & Grape route just focusing on pasta and a decent wine list?
    • That’s what the post is about - encouraging locals to support independents rather than chains (like Megans)
    • I used to use 500 degrees when it was on that site. Pretty tough for all the independents now with Megans, Chipotle and other independent restaurants all opening at the bottom end of Lordship lane. So much competition. There's also 3 Italian places at least. Isn't the Italian cafe going to rebrand as well soon?
