Anyone else noticing this hike on their annual premium?  In the SE22 code.   Tried all the usual platforms for a better quote (without luck)

Has anything changed that you know of?

Has your present insurer given an explanation?

Has it only gone up in SE22?

Sorry for all the questions! My premium was massively increased a few years back following subsidence in my  front bay, though I did subsequently get it cheaper through a specialist broker.

When I receive my new quote, if it is higher than last year, I ring the company and ask if they can review it.  In the last couple of years, they have lowered the quote, although still a bit higher than the previous year.  May be worth a try
