👋 Hello East Dulwich community!

We’re Trade Hub — your local team of Gas Safe engineers, plumbers, and specialist tradespeople.

Founded by two Gas Safe engineers with over 35 years of combined experience in heating, plumbing, and home renovations. After years of working independently (and building thousands of word-of-mouth recommendations!), we joined forces to create a company that’s all about reliability, transparency, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.

🔧 Our services:

  1. Boiler installations, servicing & repairs.
  2. Gas Safe Landlord Certificates.
  3. Power flushing & radiator repairs.
  4. Full bathroom renovations.
  5. General plumbing (all aspects covered)

💡 Why Choose Us:

  1. Professional & transparent communication — from first contact to final sign-off.
  2. High-quality workmanship — backed by over 35 years of plumbing and heating experience.
  3. Fully insured and supported by manufacturer guarantees and extended boiler warranties (up to 12 years).
  4. Flexible, reliable scheduling to suit your needs.
  5. Trusted by homeowners — with 5-star reviews across Google and social media.

We might be new to this platform, but we’re definitely not new to the trade — and we’re always happy to help with free quotes or friendly advice.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We're really glad to hear you were happy with the underfloor heating work and that Sam took great care of everything. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to him. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

    • The "for sale" section on this forum lets people offer things for free or cheaply. There are also existing schemes like Freecycle, and food banks. Isn't that simpler than having a barter system? You might have something to give away, but the person who wants it might not have anything you want. Or have I misunderstood how it works? I can see that offering services free might not fit into existing schemes, but depending on what they were, what would happen if things went horribly wrong eg someone wrecked your house? Sorry if the above sounds very negative.
    • I'm wondering why they would do that? Because surely positive reviews could only help them, and if they thought they might get negative reviews, shouldn't they have been addressing the reasons that might be (unless someone had an unwarranted grudge against them)? But in any case, how could they have stopped people posting reviews on here? PS I have corrected your typo! 😃
    • Agreed. Just stating as a historic fact they tried to stiffle reviews.
