Where's a good place to have (a reasonably priced) Christmas lunch in ED in the next few weeks?

All depends on what you call reasonably priced!  Was it for Christmas Day?   Noticed that The Plough were advertising Christmas Lunches but did not see any prices listed.

Unfortunately the food at The Plough is not good, unless it has massively improved lately.

Franklins is doing Christmas meals.

They aren't cheap though. But I don't think any nice Christmas meal round here will be cheap, and probably some not very nice ones won't be cheap either.

We've been to The Plough a couple of times recently and thought that the food really has improved.  We had the special Christmas chicken burgers the other day that were great!

A lot better than I was, out of bed, still not great, thanks for asking!

Back on topic, C123 if you can't find anything within your price range, you could always go out for a non Christmas lunch and take your own crackers (are they still a thing?), party hats (ditto) and a sprig of holly to put on top of your dessert.

And a bottle of Baileys or advocaat.You might have to hide that.
