Floor installer/sander needed

I want to install a solid wooden floor (reclaimed floorboards) on top of concrete, but not by using battens as it would get too high). 

Can anyone recommend an installer/sander?

I have done this in my flat with reclaimed parquet, it worked well. I would not recommend doing this with wider floorboards as they move too much to be glued down on concrete. Installers typically are not keen on reclaimed material as it is labour intense.
