aquarius moon Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Is anybody else having trouble connecting to the phone internet?Mine crashed around lunch-time & still not working.Phone signal itself is fine, so can make calls etc but no internet connection whatsoever.Tried ringing them, but queues were too long & website says they are experiencing some problems, but is not very helpful. Isn't affecting everyone (about half of our office). Hemel Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Hi. I've had no 3G / E signal on 02 for a couple of evenings. Fine at work, but disappears when I get home to East Dulwich. A postcode search on the 02 website at lunchtime mentions a faulty mast in the area... Could be that? Couldn't see anything about a faulty mast, so maybe that's been fixed & it's something else.I've also been in SE21 & SE22 today & it wasn't working there either. I can't receive calls or texts, can't send texts, but can make outgoing calls!
