Didn't you mention to me at the beginning that you had Bafe Gomis as your striker? I bet you took him out ages ago! ;-)
  2. If I was in the bottom half of the league, losing 6 points probably wouldn't have made much difference. But being in the top 2 for so long (and intending to stay there!) it most likely would have. Not about to take that chance, so I'm done. Foxy, I might have got you into it, but I think you're enjoying every minute :) As for Millwall, you know as well as I do that I lost interest in them long before they were relegated. No, I'm not going to abandon the Swans. If you saw any of the players in my fantasy/dream teams, you would see just how loyal I am. I've stuck with my Swansea players from the start, even though they stopped turning up for matches for 3 months!! Things are looking up now but don't think my fantasy league positions will ever recover. I'd sooner finish bottom than give up on my Swans. That's loyalty for you ;-)
  3. Just letting you know that I'm quitting The EDF predictor league as from now. Reason being: I did my predictions for yesterday on Sunday but for the first time ever, forgot to log them in on PA. If I'd just forgotten, wouldn't have been so bad but I'd written them down. Six points lost (including one more correct score) I was aiming to win this year but enjoyment won't be there anymore. If I lose by 6 points or less, I'll be so p*ssed off! So I'm bowing out now to save myself the hassle.
  4. Must be a coincidence that I looked on here tonight and saw this thread. What the OP failed to say is that the woman she mentioned accused the Muslim women of being members of ISIS. That is not acceptable, regardless of anything. It's despicable. Somebody once told me on here that I should've joined ISIS. Random comment to them maybe, but so insulting to me that I stopped posting on the forum.
  5. A great sense of humour as always AM. I wish it was David Forde. Foxy would be over the moon! And we'd get to keep our star player.
  6. Five minutes at Liverpool and he's after one of our best players already. FFS.
  7. Nothing spot on for me today. I had other things to worry about, so not too bothered. All that really concerned me was a certain result. I'm just so glad that Harry Kane has started scoring again :)
  8. I have loads of bad weeks Foxy. Don't worry about it. Next week will be fine :) Great week for you RD. Serves you right for not predicting a Palace win, you could've topped the table ;-)

  10. I almost got zero but thanks to Bournemouth I have one point. I feel so much better now :)

Better late than never. Sooner would've been better. Just so I'd known if my laptop could have been at fault, both my browsers (IE & Chrome) or the site itself (since found out it was, but no idea if this is a frequent occurence) If I have any problems in future, I'll know not to post here.
  12. Re: My post at top of this page......... Fantasy Football have just got back to me. One of the links on the site was temporarily broken and has now been fixed. As there's been no feedback or interest shown, you probably don't care anyway.
  13. Fantasy football league. I don't know why there isn't a thread for this. Maybe everyone prefers to remain anonymous? I know there is a forum/message thing on there but not a lot of good if you can't get in. So, to those half dozen that I know have teams: Have you been able to access your team/make changes this week? After the break I didn't even try to do so until last night, clicked on it but nothing happened. Same this morning. Does this happen frequently? All I wanted to do was swap two defenders and it's only a matter of a couple of points, but it would be all the same if my life depended on it. Losing interest now. What's the point of playing a game if you can't play?
  14. Very nice JohnL and even nicer to know there are other Swans fans on here. Not so nice today though, but we all have the occasional off day. And it won't be occasional!

  19. They lost it AM because the Swans were more consistent & wouldn't lie down.
  20. I did think about you today RD. Not for long though! After our bad start & going one down, I thought I'd be congratulating you at the end & blaming our loss on the absence of Montero. But we didn't need him anyway! I'm assuming you watched it & will agree that in the 2nd half we turned it around & deserved to win. :)
  21. Noooooooooo,Yeeeeeeeeees,YEEEEEEEEEES! Slow start, but what a great performance :) ETA: And I predicted 2-1! :)
  22. red devil Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > More away wins than home wins again, hope it > continues tomorrow. I don't! I just knew Palace would win today. Intuition.
  23. So what do you think is going to happen on Sunday RD? Are you predicting a win?!
