Wanted person to fix 1st floor outdoor window sill

Looking for someone with experience of rebuilding part of the front outdoor windowsill on the first floor.

When it was being repainted it started to crumble and now around 1/3 has fallen off. Its on the first floor and above the front door so need someone who has done this before because don't want it falling off onto our heads!!

House is in West Dulwich
