Damp issue needs resolving

Hi. I own and let a flat on Muschamp Rd and tenants have problems with damp and mould.  Am urgently looking for someone to assess and quote so that this problem is resolved.  Any recommendations or folks available, please do reach out.

Get a surveyor, not a damp specialist. 
It could be external, condensation, penetrating damp, leaks….. it could also have dry rot implications

Many damp experts have a single solution for all damp problems. Look at the simple solutions first.

A damp specialist will sell you a damp solution. It could well be something different ( cracked drains, high ground level, guttering….). 
A surveyor will look at everything and won’t have their own trade solution to see you (i.e unbiased).

Or you could contact your insurance company

Hi maybe  but  a surveyor fees 😙get a master Builder or a master plumber and get a free quote 😊
