Upland road school street LTN permit

Is anyone else having problems trying to register their car for a residents LTN permit for upland road as the council web site only seems to want to allow blue badge holders a permit .

I had this problem. The only way I could resolve it was by phoning the number of the letter. I was set up over the phone having already registered for an account.The instructions on the letter are not correct as a code needs to be inputted. I do now have my permit.

Thanks both of you. I have also been having the same problem. I emailed the named person on the letter, with no response. I also tried phoning and was transferred to another number which cut me off. I hope they extend the deadline for applying as there are likely to be many people without a permit by the deadline for applying.

Not sure if this is any help but was initally told to use google chrome as the browser and the code was the reference. However the person at Southwark parking took pity on me and did it for me

Hi, a bit late to this thread but I've having the same issue applying for a resident's parking permit for Upland Road. The letter I have from Southwark doesn't even have a phone number on it, so would anyone be able to share the one you used to get this sorted over the phone? Thanks in advance.

I went through the main switchboard and asked for parking permits.

Tiddles  The new Upland Road school street runs from the junction with Dunstans Road to the junction with Goodrich Road. It also includes the short part of Goodrich Road between Upland Road and Dunstans Road.

Tomskip I used 0800 138 9081 then option 3

The first person I spoke to didn't know anything about it but when I rang a second time the person I spoke to had to download something to give me access to it.

It has been planned for ages and was supposed to start today but there are no signposts up yet.

There is another separate school street which covers Etherow street and Friern Road between Goodrich Road and Lordship Lane.

Isn’t this already a school street? Is it now being made an LTN?

Dunstans Road is already a School Street. (SC8)  Part of Upland and Goodrich are being added to it so that all entrances to the school are now included.

Shortly to commence is the St Anthony's school street which will cover Friern Road from Goodrich to Lordship Lane plus Etherow Street.

The sign posts have now been put up on all the junctions but covered up for now .So I presume they will all be active very soon .
