Electric boiler issues

We have an electric combi boiler (a Strom 24kw) at home, and are having a lot of trouble finding someone who can help with diagnosing issues we’ve been having with both the hot water and the heating.

Plumbers we speak to have generally been inclined to say they can’t help because it’s an electricians issue, and electricians don’t want to help as it involves a lot of plumbing… We can’t get hold of the original installer, so are currently a bit stuck getting things fixed.

Does anyone happen to have any suggestions for someone who might be able to help? Thanks!
