Hi I’m trying to gather a few quotes for repair work on a customers marble flooring. The stain in question was caused by dirt on the bottom of our cleaners shoes. I have attached a couple of pictures to show the dimension of the flooring and the marks in question. Thank you

I have just received a ticket on Adys rd. the offence says failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicles. This is beyond a joke. I didn’t even notice a sign stating about a prohibition. I’m more concerned with keeping an eye out for any parents and children that may be crossing the road. Absolutely going to appeal.

We do ask all customers to provide a mop and bucket for hygiene purposes (Many of our customers also like to provide a vacuum for the same purpose). All our staff are fully trained, insured, friendly and always on hand to be flexible to any certain requirements you may have. If like most of our customers, you wont be present at your home at the time of the clean, then our cleaners do hold keys for customers so they can let themselves in and out once the job has been complete and lock up. We would like to recommend Matthew too. Our cleaner had an accident with a shower screen in a customers home. Matthew came by the next day and fixed it. The customer was very happy and will probably leave her own glowing review of Matthew soon. Thank you Matthew

Right, so our usual leaflet delivery guy is out of action for a while so we are looking for somebody to do some leaflet posting for the next few weeks for us. We are very flexible as to as and when you do it but we do require a certain amount to be delivered each week. If you are interested then please PM me with your details. Ta so much

Need somebody to set up and install a tv aeriel for me. Doing all the wire work and so on. This will mean being able to put it up outside the house and having own equipment. Let me know if this is something you can do. Thanks

Hi We held our Daughters christening there and they were very good. Its a shame you werent able to get it. But if I can suggest you look around at all the cricket and Rugby clubs around the area. I went to everyone of these and unfortunatly I left it too short notice to get a spot but some of them where really lovely spaces in nice surrounding area. And because they were local clubs the bar prices were so much better than the local pubs. The Old Alleynian club Jags Peckham football fc and the bowls club next door to it Kings college Sports ground (Dulwich Village) Dulwich Constitutional club Sydenham Cricket ground (opposite the old Harvester) Dulwich Sports ground Griffin Sports club Those are the ones I can remember of the top of my head. If anyone's husky has got out, he run out in front of me at the crossing by the Plough he ran across the road near to the Church about ten minutes ago. He had a blue collar on I think and seemed very happy with himself! Hope he is back with his owner soon, I would have stopped if I could but i never had the chance and other people walking seemed to be trying to get him :)

Big thanks to Chris and his lot for holding the after party for our girls Baptism on Sunday. Was a lovely day. All the staff were great and I'd recommend looking at booking the space if you are having any type of function.

Please make sure friends and family are alert and aware. A cat was found on Friday in Chislehurst. It had been killed in a really brutal way :( It is a friend of a friend's cat and the police are involved.

Im loving this. I was born at Kings as were my 2 little girls.They were so good with my girlfriend who never had the easiest of pregnancies.We'd be more than happy to donate some eggs. Forgot to mention us and a few friends went to the Thurrock game last week. 1st time I've been and we all had a great time. We were going nuts when the Thurrock defender almost got away with a Maradonna style handball but the penalty was eventually given. Can't wait to get down there again when we get another babysitter.

Hi FRM. Youve misunderstood me slightly. I meant a mistake in the sense that they made a bad call. We all do it. There was never any need to put a review up if it wasn't genuine. And the person in question was actually a family member who we just asked to drop a few leaflets and to keep their eyes peeled for anyone asking for a cleaner. I think she thought that I was going to be furious with her about this. I'm not best pleased admittedly, but I know that she meant no harm and was just trying to help. The EDF has been a great service to us so I could never say a bad word against it and I agree that people should feel comfortable that when they read a review that it should be genuine for better or for worse. I take responsibility because it is my company and I will do what I've always done and just keep working to make it better because in the end that's all we can do. Thank you

Hi Midivydale. I feel like I should make a response to this thread as it seems that people might get the wrong idea about us as a company. We have operated in East Dulwich for over 2 1/2 years now and have been using the EDF for almost as long. We work very hard to give our customers the best service possible and have always stride hard to protect this good reputation. The thread that the FRM is referring to was an unfortunate case of a member of staff just being lazy and making up a couple of fabricated references to generate work and put themselves in a good light. They meant no harm and have apologised to me and the FRM. Mistakes happen! To my knowledge we have never had any bad reviews posted about us on this sight and have kept a long list of customers happy over the last 2 1/2 years just by sheer hard work and professionalism. We just want to make our customers lives easier. I certainly don't want to sound defensive as I believe we have nothing to defend. We will continue doing as we have always done which is to offer our highest service to anyone who wishes to have it. Thanks so much Radianrooms

This is absolutely awful. We are happy to help deliver leaflets if the extra hands are needed. We leaflet from time to time and more than happy to deliver some! Also, if you are able to send us PDF of the leaflet we can print some out and leave them with our customers this week, as a fair few have cats.
