Improve your fitness and feel fabulous

Recommended Posts

Ladies of Dulwich, Forest Hill and Peckham,

I firmly believe that no woman should worry about her weight. I believe that worrying about anything is bad for the soul and to be avoided at all costs.

Being curvy is to be applauded! However, being fit and healthy should be a part of a lady?s routine, like exfoliating and moisturising. The benefits are huge! Positive mental attitude, sense of well being, perspective on life, healthy body/healthy mind etc. Listen, you;re gorgeous just as you are!!! But if you want to feel even more fabulous than you already are, I can help.

There is no point in taking it to the extreme, how will that benefit you in your busy life as a yummy mummy/wife/career woman? As long as you can run around after your children, ward off disease, feel fabulous and be fit for life in general, I think you?ve ticked all the boxes for a healthy lifestyle.

I won?t ask you for a food diary, I won?t weigh or measure you, I won?t tell you to stop drinking wine (I might have a glass with you!!) or eating chocolate ? I love Maltesers if you?re buying!! I will, however, help you to do things you didn?t think you could do, physically;

Your fitness level will increase

Your stress levels will decrease

You?ll be stronger

You?ll have more energy

You?ll be in a better mood

You?ll be more vibrant

You?ll feel good about yourself, brimming with positive mental attitude

You?ll begin to realise just how fabulous you are!

So when you?re ready drop me a message and we can chat about it over a latt?, or a glass of vino!

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
