I believe that worrying about anything is bad for the soul and to be avoided at all costs.Being curvy is to be applauded! However, being fit and healthy should be a part of a lady?s routine, like exfoliating and moisturising. The benefits are huge! Positive mental attitude, sense of well being, perspective on life, healthy body/healthy mind etc. Listen, you;re gorgeous just as you are!!! But if you want to feel even more fabulous than you already are, I can help.There is no point in taking it to the extreme, how will that benefit you in your busy life as a yummy mummy/wife/career woman?
