If anyone wants a good photographer then please consider Simon Orchard (I believe he has others recommending him on EDF). We needed a photographer to capture the whole of our house and garden in Croxted Road for a home swap website and were extremely happy with the results. Not only is he clearly very good at his job, he is punctual and courteous, and we will have no doubts using him again for some family snaps.

And no, I'm not connected with him in any other way!

  Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people. Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers. Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
