New Pilates class on Thursday evenings!

If you are new to Pilates or it has been a while since your last class, or even if you have done a lot of Pilates and want to refresh the principal's of the Pilates technique. Come and join me for a small group class where over five weeks we will go back to basics while keeping the movement fun and challenging.

My approach to teaching aims to be accessible regardless of age*, gender or fitness level. This means that if you suffer with something that affects your ease of movement, from an injury to scoliosis or back pain and joint pain. I can still accommodate you in class* and help you to move with more confidence and without pain.
