I have a single glazed bay window in my kitchen. All my other windows (including a separate window in my kitchen)  are double glazed.

I had a quote to fit double glazing to the bay. It was extremely high and I wasn't willing to pay such a lot for a room I don't spend a vast amount of time in.

Has anybody had secondary glazing fitted to a back bay window, and if so was it successful and did it look ok from the inside?

And what sort of price can I expect to pay?

It's a great suggestion to contact other companies and perhaps get a better quote.

Fancy implying that ONLY those with direct, specific and qualified opinions can post. That would change the entire EDF - with very little responses to any post.

You can search online for reviews of secondary glazing and see what customers have said (Trustpilot)

Thank you for your comments.

Perhaps I should have been clearer.

I was specifically referring to a back  bay window, which was why I asked if anybody had had secondary glazing fitted to that particular type of window.

Obviously I can Google window companies,  look at Trust Pilot, get  quotes etc, but that would take a lot of time which for various reasons I  don't presently have.

If nobody responds here then I will at some future point have to go down that road.
