Landlords, agent or homeowners needing affordable legal advice & assistance?

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

I'm a housing law professional and landlord/tenant law trainer with 23 years experience based in Underhill Rd. I train lawyers in this and can help you negotiate the minefield of court proceedings and paperwork when you have problems and dont know how to deal with it.

I run www.easylawtraining.co.uk with housing solicitor Tessa Shepperson

If you are in difficulties with your mortgage company I can help save your home I've saved hundreds in the past 5 years and can give advice and help you write the letters to get them off your back. Solicitors dont generally offer this kind of service, certainly not in an affordable way anyway.

DM me and I'll see if I can help

Ben

Hi Rachel, Sorry not one of mine I'm afraid, I stop mortgage lenders repossessing people's homes but I might know someone who could help there. Is this Southwark council? If so I can make a phone call on Monday for you, maybe point you in the right direction

    • The shops selling gifts, interior stuff and clothes all sell different gifts, interiors stuff and clothes. They don't all have identical items, which would be ridiculous. It's a  completely different situation. The coffee shops and restaurants mostly also have different vibes, different food etc and cater to different tastes and pockets. The two empanada places have virtually identical displays of identical looking empanadas. I don't think anyone has suggested this move is "malicious" - that would make it even worse. Cheeky, yes, given the proximity to the first shop. I agree this is good advertising, though most people in ED probably don't look at the ED Forum (I stand to be corrected). Re the "organic grocer", if it's the one on the same side as Chango, yes their snacks are very tasty.  Unfortunately we were short changed there on several occasions when calling in late at night, and were once asked  a ridiculous price for a few items (with no price tickets on the snacks) so we don't go there any more. Hopefully these were all genuine mistakes, and hopefully things have improved since their refurb.
    • Makes sense though… or do you not think so? Can’t book anything without dates!!
    • Well I did say I stand to be corrected! Fair enough, their website only seemed to list three branches. Perhaps it's a franchise model?  It's known as 'agglomeration' in economics Rookie error.
